its been a while since i've updated this.
the past few months everyone around me is either leaving my life or dying. i don't know what to do. dotty died last week and i never had a chance to say goodbye to her. today i found out eddy has 3 months to live. i haven't ever seen my grandmother cry like she did today, not even when her husband died. i wish i could travel back in time to last year before everything changed. i really hope eddy's chemo works, because i'm going to miss him. i'm tired of missing people, or maybe im just plain tired.

Sorry for not updating, I'm going to try to update more often. I promise.
Hmm..sometimes I guess I just hate livejournal.
So the DCYF investigator came. He walked into my house and after about a 30 second conversation with my mom, he said that he was going to go home because the report my dad filed was unfounded. That was that. He came in the house for 30 seconds and didn't check the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, or anything. I'm done with my dad for real. I don't need to play his games or talk to him. I'm just done, I realized I can just do what I want and he can't do shit about it.
I have no money, and my mom has no money either. But I'm trying to do my best to buy gifts for my friends. We aren't doing to good financially, and my dad still hasn't paid child support.

Yesterday during Health class I got called down to the office. I got down there and I walked past one of the meeting rooms to see my little brother talking with a man with a clipboard in his hand. I didn't think anything of it and continued into the office and asked for the guidance counsler (I had thought this is why I was told to go to the office) after waiting for several minutes, I became curious as to who my brother was talking to. I got up out of my chair and looked through the open door. David (my brother) signaled me to come into the room. At that moment I knew what was going on. David left the meeting room, as I walked in. The man introduced himself as an official of DCYF and told me he had gotten a report from my father that the house I live in is an unsafe environment. He asked me several questions based off of the things my shitface dad put in the report.
Such as:
"Does the ceptic system in your house function? It says it dosen't here on the report."
Me: "It works just fine, but it gives us trouble when we get lots of rain like last week."
"How about the trash bags lying around the house?"
Me: "Those were bags of clothes for the Salvation Army."
And the questioning went on like this. I proved every quesation he asked wrong. And they all were wrong. I'm not even going to talk to my dad anymore. He went to far this time. Now my mom is freaking out, DCYF is coming to the house on Monday. She had to go to the emergency room last week because she had a nose bleed (she has extremely high blood pressure) and the doctor says shes at high risk of getting a heart attack at any given day.
I hate my dad so much.

I'm in a bit of a prediciment at school. Mr. Lombardi wants to meet with my mom because I haven't gone to any of his detentions. Like thats going to make me go, haha. He says if I don't go on Saturday, he'll suspend me for 2 days. I asked him if I could have it on a monday or friday so I have a long weekend. He told me to stop being a smartass and finish my lunch, haha. Sorry for the lack of updates, just not much new shit to talk about it guess.

Yeah, uh Dave Lynch is gonna get his ass jumped. The kid was just like, talking shit about me for no reason yesterday at lunch, I had never even talked to him before..or even seen him around school. Him and all his friends just sat at our table last week and stole all our oxygen :(. As if I wasn't already pissed enough after he was saying shit to me, Andrew Zapatta (mentally retarded kid, wouldnt harm a fly) came over and sat at our table and bumped into this Dave Lynch kid. He was like "If you fucking touch me again, I'm gonna knock you out, retard." Because, you know, picking on a retarded kid is a great way to show off to your friends how manly and tough you are. After being at the highschool for this long, I've seen a few assholes, but none like this. This is the kind of shit I'd expect from a 5th grader.
